Dealer Responsibilities
To ensure this service performs as intended, the dealer agrees to:
- Maintain any required advertising budget.
- Respond to customer inquiries generated through marketing in a timely manner.
- Notify Orb Global of promotions, pricing changes, inventory updates, holiday hours, or other business changes before they begin.
- Submit all service requests through the Orb Global Support Portal.
- Review campaign performance through the Orb Global Dashboard.
- Provide requested business assets (logos, photos, videos, branding, etc.) when needed.
Additional responsibilities specific to this service may apply. By purchasing this service, you acknowledge and agree to the current Orb Global Service Responsibilities available in the Dealer Resource Center.
