Marketing Services Agreement: Scope of Work & Expectations
This agreement outlines the responsibilities of both the Distributor and BoxDrop Marketing Services to ensure a successful partnership.
BoxDrop Marketing Services Will Provide:
Phase 1: Pre-Launch: A paid "Like Page" campaign to generate followers and establish credibility on Facebook before opening.

Phase 2: Grand Opening: Customized paid campaigns to drive traffic and engagement, with a call-to-action based on the distributor's business model

Ongoing Support:

Management of the "Like Page" and engagement campaigns.

Guidance on organic posting schedules and ad performance.

A marketing dashboard with 24/7 access will be provided to the distributor and stakeholders for performance tracking.

The Distributor Will Be Responsible For:

Facebook Marketplace: All management of their own Facebook Marketplace activity.

Content: Providing images, customer testimonials, and confirming promotions and business hours for organic social media posts.

Cooperation: Timely communication regarding store hours, promotions, and any other local updates required for campaigns.

Performance & Communication: The distributor has the primary responsibility to track their own metrics, monitor results, and proactively communicate with their coach to discuss performance and make strategic adjustments.

Agreement: Acknowledging and agreeing to these terms by signing this Marketing Services Agreement.
Payment & Term Agreement
Payment Schedule:

First 6 Months: All marketing services will be provided at a 50% discount from the standard rate.

Months 7 & on: The monthly rate will automatically revert to the full-term price.
- 30 day cancellation notice must be provided.
Minimum Expectations:
To remain on the marketing services, the distributor must consistently fulfill their responsibilities as outlined in this agreement. This includes providing content, managing their Marketplace, and engaging in consistent communication with their coach.
